Chandy's Love emits straight-to-the-heart relationship advice. These lessons are illustrated by personal stories and examples that are relatable for couples and spouses. Each chapter focuses on a problem area often found in relationships such as conflict resolution, communication, judging, sacrifice, unity, reconciliation, and faithfulness. The flawed and conditional love we so commonly possess is gently, yet firmly compared to the perfect and everlasting love of God. Pictures of what love truly looks like are portrayed by several Bible stories and verses. The book carries virtuous themes and timely insights to encourage readers to emulate the kind of love that brings an abundance of light and life to dating and marital relationships.
Chandy's Love was Andy's anniversary gift to his wife, Chanel, in 2022. Because she loves reading, he wanted to give her a gift that included writing his thoughts and feelings while keeping in mind other couples who could benefit. Together, they live in Baltimore County with two wonderful kids.
Andy Anderson comes from a background in film. While holding a degree from Cedarville University, breaking into Hollywood as a screenwriter was the dream of his life. All of that changed the day God called him into ministry. On top of four years of biblical education, he hasn't stopped diving into the Word to deepen and enrich his understanding. He's very grateful and honored to have served in ministry as a youth pastor, church starter, and evangelist.
"Being a Christian Counsellor, I’m always looking for books and videos to help couples in between sessions whether pre-marital counseling or helping couples with conflict. This book would be extremely helpful in both situations and would like to see it in their hands, as well as bookstores and church marriage ministries. Andy’s insights and lessons can help other couples!"
